We use USPS, FedEx and UPS Air and Ground for shipping. The shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of the products in your shopping cart.
Your order will ship within one to two business days and should arrive at your door in 7-10 business days, unless you choose expedited shipping. An e-mail will be sent to you to let you know when everything has shipped. Please accept our apologies as we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders are subject to verification of payment prior to shipment.
We offer international shipping through Bongo. Which will give you a US address to ship to, then Bongo ships to you. Make sure you use your Bongo US address during checkout.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Sorry.
We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. You might want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your order.
Next Day and 2nd Day shipping are not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
